AEW Dynamite will air live on Friday night for the next two weeks because of NBA playoff games on TNT on the next two Wednesdays.
This week’s Dynamite will air on Friday at 10 PM ET on TNT and next week’s show will air on Friday, June 4 at 10 PM ET on TNT.
With Double or Nothing taking place this Sunday, the timing is obviously not the best for AEW, with the shows before and after the PPV being preempted.
It’s unclear if there will be more preemptions later, since the full NBA TV schedule hasn’t been released. ESPN will begin airing some round 2 NBA playoff games in the first week of June, so Dynamite may be back to Wednesdays some weeks. The NBA finals, which are set to start on Thursday, July 8, will air on ABC, so Dynamite should be back to normal by then at the latest.
