WWE: New Season of Ruthless Aggression Announced, New Trademarks, Updated SD Ratings

Upcoming New Content for WWE Network & Peacock

WWE recently announced that a new Countdown episode, a new Broken Skull Sessions episode, and the return of the Ruthless Aggression series will be among the new content arriving soon for the WWE Network and NBC’s Peacock.

In regards to WWE’s Countdown series, the company announced on Twitter that the next episode will be airing on June 2nd and will focus on the 50 Greatest Tag Teams.

WWE also announced that the next episode of Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions series will be airing on May 30th and will feature WWE Hall of Famer The Godfather as the guest.

WWE recently released a new commercial for their WWE Network service revealing that Season 2 of their Ruthless Aggression documentary series will be arriving within the near future. No official date nor other details were revealed.


WWE Files Several New Trademarks

WWE recently filed several new trademarks to the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Trademarks for “Reginald”, “Santana Garrett”, and “Jeet Rama” were filed on May 16th for wrestling and entertainment-related purposes.


Updated WWE Friday Night SmackDown Ratings

This past Friday’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown drew a final viewership of 1,917,000 on FOX, according to SportsTVRatings. This was up compared to the initial overnight number of 1,800,000 viewers on the network.
