Jimmy Uso Arrested for DUI

Jimmy Uso was arrested for a DUI last night in Pensacola, FL and as of this morning, is still in jail, according to TMZ.

Uso was pulled over at 10:35 PM last night after cops say he ran a red light and was “noticeably swaying.” Cops said that they smelled booze and Uso told them he drank “multiple” beers. They gave him two breathalyzer tests, which came back with a blood-alcohol-level of .202 and .205, above Florida’s legal limit of 0.08.

Uso was arrested with a misdemeanor DUI charge and given citations for speeding and running a red light. His bond is currently set at $500.

This would be the third time that Jimmy Uso has been arrested since 2019. He was also arrested for a DUI in Pensacola in July 2019, but a jury later found him not guilty. In February 2019, he was arrested for “disorderly conduct and obstruction” after getting into an altercation with a cop after he was pulled over for driving the wrong way down a one way street. He plead no contest and paid a fine.

WWE hasn’t released a public statement about this arrest as of the time of this post, but for the past two, they put out a statement that said, “Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”

Uso had been out with a knee injury since May 2020 and just returned in May of this year.
