Austin Theory is the latest WWE wrestler to lose part of his name. He’ll now just be known as “Theory,” dropping his first name. His real name is Austin White.
In a backstage segment tonight on Raw, Theory was speaking to Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville, who addressed him as “Austin,” and Theory said, “Actually, you can just call me ‘Theory.’ Me and Mr. McMahon decided that ‘Austin’ just doesn’t suit me.”
