Rick Boogs underwent successful surgery this week in Birmingham, AL to repair a torn quadriceps and patellar tendon in his right knee, according to PWInsider.
He’s still in Birmingham and is set to return home this weekend to begin the process of healing and rehabbing the injury.
No word on how long he’ll be out, but it will likely be several months.
The injury happened at WrestleMania on Saturday when he tried to lift both Usos on his back at the same time and his right knee gave out. The match was ended early and Boogs had to be helped to the back.
