WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque reportedly held a talent meeting this afternoon in Green Bay, Wisconsin, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that this backstage meeting took place at around 4PM EST, ahead of tonight’s SmackDown show in the city.
Johnson reported that this meeting was short in duration and Levesque mostly thanked the talents for all of the work they do for the company and provided an update on Vince McMahon’s recent return. Levesque’s reportedly stated that McMahon’s involvement since his return has been mostly spearheading WWE’s current search for a potential sale to a new owner.
Levesque reportedly also stated that McMahon’s involvement back in the company will not see any effect on WWE’s current creative team nor process.
