Scott D’Amore Comments on Mercedes Mone Wanting a Match with Mickie James

As noted before, Mercedes Mone stated in a recent interview with TV Insider that she is currently interested in having a potential match with Mickie James in the future.

A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Impact Wrestling Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore as the guest. One of the topics discussed included D’Amore’s thoughts on getting to meet Mone at New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Battle in the Valley 2023 event this past Saturday and her match with KAIRI at the event.

“Got to meet Mercedes, our paths had never crossed. Obviously, I’m a huge fan of her and everything she’s done. It was a great opportunity to meet her and chat with her after an unbelievable match with her and KAIRI. I don’t think KAIRI has ever gotten the love and respect she deserves. She’s outstanding. That elbow of hers is among the best in the business and maybe the coolest to watch. Her and Mercedes went out there in front of a packed crowd and put on a world title match that I thought was outstanding. The wrestling was amazing, the emotion was fantastic. Talking to her afterward, Mercedes is obviously a very focused and passionate professional. Her wrestling is top notch, her attitude seemed great,

D’Amore also gave his thoughts about Mone’s interest in a potential match against Mickie James in the future.

“We have to get you two in a ring somewhere and get this done.”

“Superstar” Billy Graham Health Update

As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Superstar Billy Graham is currently dealing with a bone infection that has spread to his bone ears and portion of his skull. Graham was recently hospitalized for a second time over this health issue.

Graham’s wife Valerie recently provided a health update on Facebook stating that they are currently not sure when Graham will be able to return home and while he has lost more weight, his diet has recently improved and he is eating well again. Valerie also stated that Graham is currently scheduled for a MRI test in two weeks to check on the status of his current bone infection.

In a follow-up update, Valerie stated that Graham is currently dealing with chills, a cough, and nausea.

* * * * Update to this post – I posted this update 5 hours ago, since that time my husband has developed chills, cough and nausea. Please pray for discernment for those caring for him tonight and for the Lords mercy to be on him. He’s been fighting so hard and God has brought him through so much….I know that our Father will bring him through whatever this is.

Thank you to all who have reached out for an update. We are in week 7…still no idea when he will be strong enough to come home. He’s lost more weight but they’ve upgraded his diet so I’ve started bringing him food and he’s been eating better the past few days.

Scheduled for an MRI in 2 weeks to check on the infection.

He’s just very tired which is understandable with all he’s been through but he’s remarkably determined to get better and get home!

It’s one day at a time and that’s enough

Thank you all for your continued prayers and love” Godisgood #grateful
