Miro & Thunder Rosa Make Surprise AEW Returns on Dynamite

Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite show in Detroit, Michigan featured Miro and Thunder Rosa making their surprise returns to the company.

Following the Rey Fenix vs. Claudio Castagnoli match that opened the show, Miro was shown walking backstage. Before Renee Paquette could get an answer from Miro, he headed into AEW CEO Tony Khan’s office room and shut the door.

This was Miro’s first appearance in AEW since this past September due rumored creative-related issues.

In a separate backstage segment later in the show, Paquette stated that she was waiting outside of Khan’s office to get an answer over Miro’s surprise return earlier in the show. Rosa then made her surprise appearance stating that tonight was the night to get answers before she also entered Khan’s office and shut the door behind her.

This was Rosa’s first appearance in AEW since this past September due to a spinal-related injury.
