ROH TV Tapings Night 2 Spoilers for Future Episode – Eddie Kingston Surgery Announcement

Ring of Honor held the second night of a new set of television tapings for ROH TV on Sunday at the Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. This taping will be for a future episode or episodes of ROH TV.

In regards to notable moments from the tapings, Eddie Kingston announced to the crowd at the end of Sunday’s tapings that he will be undergoing surgery for his hernia injury this Tuesday. Kingston also stated that he currently believes he will be able to be medically cleared and return to the ring in about six weeks.

Early into the tapings, ROH owner Tony Khan stated to the crowd that they will be taping matches out of order and not how it will air for future episodes of ROH TV.

• Mark Briscoe defeated JD Drake
• ROH World Championhip Proving Ground match – Claudio Castagnoli (c) defeated Serpentico
• Rey Fenix defeated Gringo Loco
• Kiera Hogan defeated Vert Vixen. During the match, ROH Women’s Champion Athena came out and watched the match from ringside. Following the match, Athena shoved Hogan.
• Kyle Fletcher defeated AR Fox
• Iron Savages (Bronson & Boulder) defeated The Wingmen (Ryan Nemeth & Peter Avalon)
• Willow Nightingale defeated Hyan
• The Kingdom (Mike Bennett & Matt Taven) defeated Ninja Mack & Willie Mack
• The Embassy (Brian Cage, Kaun, & Toa Liona) defeated Lucky Ali, Victor Benjamin, & Adam Priest
• Mercedes Martinez defeated Dream Girl Ellie
• Samoa Joe & Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Matt Sydal & Christopher Daniels
• Penta El Zero Miedo defeated Slim J
• Skye Blue defeated Miranda Alize
• Rocky Romero defeated Titus Alexander
• The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) & Stu Grayson defeated LSG, Marcus Kross & Vary Morales. Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and Evil Uno came out during the match and were in disbelief that Grayson was teaming with The Righteous. Grayson got the pin for his team while Vincent and Dutch played mind games with Dark Order. Grayson looked at Dark Order before walking off with The Righteous.
• Shane Taylor defeated “Hot Sauce” Tracy Williams. The WorkHorsemen came out with Taylor for his corner while Rhett Titus came out with Williams for his corner.
• ROH Women’s Championship Proving Ground match – Athena (c) defeated Promise Braxton. Following the match, Athena attacked Braxton resulting in Kiera Hogan running out to save Braxton and laid out Athena.
• Dralistico defeated Tony Deppen
• Ashley D’Amboise defeated Danielle Kamela
• Darius Martin & Action Andretti defeated Cole Karter & Zack Clayton
• Blake Christian defeated Nick Comoroto
• AR Fox defeated Anthony Henry. Following the match, JD Drake attacked Fox leading to Shane Taylor running out and joining in on the attack. FTR and Eddie Kingston then came out to save Fox and attacked The WorkHorsemen and Taylor running them out of the ring. Kingston then gave a promo to the crowd stating that he would be undergoing hernia surgery this week and believes he will be back in about six weeks.
