WWE Announces New Live Events Tour of Germany for This

WWE recently announced that they will be holding a new live events tour of Germany this October.

It was announced that this four-city tour will be taking place from October 25th to October 28th. It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming set of events will officially go on sale starting this Friday, June 16th.

Full schedule for WWE’s 2023 Germany Tour:

  • Wednesday, October 25th – WWE Live event at Olympiahalle in Munich, Germany
  • Thursday, October 26th – WWE Live event at Lanxess Arena in Cologne
  • Friday, October 27th – WWE Live event at Barclays Arena in Hamburg
  • Saturday, October 28th – WWE Live event at Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin

A&E WWE Programming Ratings – June 11, 2023

This past Sunday’s WWE’s Most Wanted Treasures episode drew 386,000 viewers on A&E. This episode also drew a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic and a #15 ranking in the key demographic rankings. This was up from the May 28th episode’s 295,000 viewers, 0.07 key demographic rating, and #37 key demographic ranking. This episode focused on lost Rowdy Roddy Piper historic memorabilia.

This past Sunday’s Stone Cold Takes America episode drew 229,000 viewers on A&E. This episode also drew a 0.06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and a #53 ranking in the key demographic rankings. This was down from the May 28th episode’s 244,000 viewers and #45 key demographic ranking.

Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that WWE Executive Chairman Vince McMahon made several late changes to the original plans and script for this past Monday’s RAW show in Wichita, Kansas. It was reported that McMahon was not backstage at this past Monday’s show but made the creative changes from a remote location.

Tuesday’s NXT show featured Los Lotharios’ Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo making their surprise returns to WWE’s NXT brand.

Reality of Wrestling recently announced that WWE NXT talent Trick Williams will be making an appearance for the company at their Summer of Champions IX event on July 15th in Humble, Texas.

Marvel Studios recently announced that they have delayed the release of their upcoming Captain America: Brave New World film from its originally scheduled release date of May 3, 2024 to a new date of July 26, 2024. This upcoming film features Seth Rollins among its cast.

WWE recently announced that Drew McIntyre will be attending this year’s Special Olympics World Games in Berlin, Germany and representing the company as their Special Olympics global ambassador.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Cathy Cornio, also known as Allison Danger in the indies, was seen at WWE’s Performance Center on Tuesday working as a guest coach. This was Corino’s first appearance in WWE since her release from the company in January of 2022.

In a recent interview with False Finish, Chris Harris gave his thoughts about his failed run as Brandon Walker in WWE was due to backstage issues involving WWE producer Jamie Noble. Harris stated “Jamie Noble really stands out to me [as someone who] went out of his way to not do me any favors. He was trying to change my match around right before I’m going out… It’s already hard enough to try to change my whole routine because I can’t do all these moves and now you’re trying to tell me before I’m seconds away from going out to just do this and do that and do this… It was so bad. As noted before, this past Friday’s SmackDown show in Des Moines, Iowa featured the official debut of a new WWE Women’s Championship belt. This new belt was presented to Asuka as the official replacement for her RAW Women’s Championship belt. Former RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair recently reflected on Twitter about how much the RAW Women’s title had meant to her and her career. Belair statedThat RAW Women’s Title means SO much to me. In a recent interview with the Women’s Wrestling Talk podcast, Zoey Stark gave her thoughts about her recent pairing with Trish Stratus on WWE’s RAW brand. Stark stated “Honestly, I don’t know (whose idea it was to put me with Trish Stratus). If you’re asking legitimately, I really don’t know but whoever came up with that idea, thank you, because I love it.
