It is currently not known if Liger will be making an on-screen appearance during the show.
AEW CEO Tony Khan had previously stated during this past May’s Double or Nothing 2023 post-show media scrum that he was hopeful of Liger being able to attend the Finals of this year’s Men’s and Women’s Owen Hart Foundation Cup tournaments in Hart’s hometown of Calgary.
