Seth Rollins Comments on Dealing with Lingering Back Injury Since 2019

A recent episode of the IMPAULSIVE podcast featured Seth Rollins as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Rollins’ thoughts on how he has learned to deal with nagging injuries that many wrestlers also deal with in their careers.

“I try to change my training up based on how I feel. There are constant injuries. My knee has been bugging me since before WrestleMania (39), I was having an issue with that. My neck acting up. My lower back has been at me since 2019, probably should get some surgery on that, but trying to just do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it because I have a couple of stress fractures back there. I tried some stem cells, I’ve done a couple of stem cell treatments. I found that they were temporarily helpful. I wasn’t taking time off. I wasn’t just idling while I was on the stem cells, I was still working pretty much a full time schedule with WWE. I found it temporarily helpful, but long-term it kind of faded off a little bit. I got maybe four or five months of ‘ooooh, okay.'”

Logan Paul Revealed He Requested for His Match with Ricochet to Go First at SummerSlam 2023

In a recent episode of the IMPAULSIVE podcast, co-host Logan Paul revealed that he recently requested to WWE for his upcoming match against Ricochet at next month’s SummerSlam 2023 event to go on first. Paul stated that the reason for his request was due to him wanting to fly right after to Dallas, Texas so that he could be in attendance for his brother Jake’s boxing match that same night.

After SummerSlam, my brother who is fighting on the same night in Dallas, as soon as my match ends, I’m gonna hop on a P.J., fly to Dallas in my gear, walk in the ring with my brother for his fight against Nate Diaz. I’m gonna try to. I don’t know if I’m gonna make it but I think if I do, it’ll be minutes. Like I walk into the venue, round one, Jake Paul-Nate Diaz starts. It’s on August 5th. It is barely possible. I requested first match (at SummerSlam)… It takes two-and-a-half hours (to get from Detroit to Dallas). One hour time difference, Jake will go on at 11. We did the math. It’s barely doable.

My surgery went perfectly and more importantly, my kidney made it’s flight. I don’t know where it went, but I hope it flew first class. I know this will change my recipient’s (that is still a stranger at this moment) life forever. Today @margrette.mondillo and I are filled with so much gratitude and hope as she is officially activated in the system and will receive a kidney very soon. As for me… I’ve been walking laps around the hospital floor every few hours… slowly of course, but 4 small laps at a time or “mile repeats” as I call them, and all things considered, I feel good! I’m thankful for the best care at @massgeneral and beyond fortunate to be in this position. Please keep the prayers coming #kidneydonor #donatelife

In a recent interview with Comic Book Nation, The Miz gave his thoughts on a potential new season of The Miz & Mrs. reality television series. The Miz stated “Maryse and I are working on it, it’s still up in the air. We’re still trying to figure it all out. It’s not just throwing a show together and putting it on air, there’s a lot that goes into a show that Maryse and I are very proud of, that we love. Every episode of season one, two, and three are available on Peacock, and we have put everything in those. We were involved with what’s going to be on there, the editing process, and we just made sure that we gave people moments, things that a family can sit down and watch and enjoy together, and we feel like we successfully did that. Now for season four, there’s just a lot that goes into getting it back up, on air, and going.” (Transcript h/t: Fightful.com)
