Creed Bros Defeat Dyad in Steel Cage Match, Reinstated Back to NXT

Tuesday’s NXT show featured a Steel Cage match between The Creed Brothers (Julius & Brutus Creed) and The Dyad (Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid) with the stipulation of if the Creed Bros won, they would be reinstated back to NXT.

At the start of the match, The Schism caught the Creed Bros in a trap involving Julius being left alone in the cage and Brutus being attacked and carried away to the back by a group of Schism followers. This led to The Dyad having a handicap advantage over Julius.

Later in the match, Brutus made his return and took out all of the Schism’s followers that tried to stop him. Brutus then yanked off the door to the steel cage and entered the ring to even the odds. Following some back-and-forth action between the two teams, Julius put both Fowler and Reid onto his shoulder leading to Brutus hitting a cannonball off the cage onto them. The Creed Bros then hit stereo clotheslines to the Dyad for the pinfall victory. As a result of their victory, the Creeds Bros were officially reinstated back to WWE’s NXT brand.
