As noted before, TKO Executive Chairman Vince McMahon is believed to no longer be involved in WWE’s creative with WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque” being in full control again.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources provided some new details regarding WWE’s current creative process and structure.
Meltzer reported that his sources confirmed that Levesque is currently the main person in charge of WWE’s creative. WWE Director Bruce Prichard’s role reportedly is him being a conduit between creative, talent relations, and talent services. WWE lead writer Ed Koskey reportedly is the main operations person who keeps the scripts flowing for shows.
In regards to McMahon, Meltzer reported that his sources confirmed that McMahon is no longer involved in WWE’s creative process but this was stated to be more of an “at the moment” type situation and not a permanent one. McMahon reportedly is still the main person in charge of running WWE and still has the most power over it.
