As noted before, former wrestler Tammy Sytch was arrested this past May in Florida following a police investigation into a fatal car accident involving Sytch in March of 2022.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that the estate of Julian L. Lasseter, victim of Sytch’s fatal car accident, filed a motion on September 12th for their civil lawsuit against Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC, company who sold Sytch the car involved in the accident, to be dismissed with prejudice based on recent court records. This means that the Lasseter estate would not be legally allowed to refile their lawsuit. Johnson reported that the court has yet to respond to the motion.

In regards to the status of a second civil lawsuit against Sytch, Johnson reported that Jana Olivova, a passenger in another car who suffered an injury during the accident, had filed an amended lawsuit this past July based on recent court records. Johnson reported that this new amended lawsuit now only lists Geico as the sole defendant and dropped Sytch and James Pente as the other defendants.
