Impact World Championship Full Metal Mayhem Match
Bully Ray vs. Josh Alexander (c)

At IMPACT Wrestling’s first pay-per-view event of 2023, the deeply-personal rivalry between Josh Alexander and Bully Ray reached its boiling point. Full Metal Mayhem meant that there was no shortage of tables, ladders, chairs – and even thumbtacks. In the end, Alexander received an assist from his wife, Jade Chung, who had been tormented by Bully in the leadup to the match. This led to Alexander leaping off the top of a ladder and sending Bully crashing through a table below. Alexander would then lock in his signature Ankle Lock to win by submission.

Winner: Josh Alexander via Submission to retain the Impact World Championship.

Impact Knockouts World Championship Title vs. Career Match
Mickie James vs. Jordynne Grace (c)

The Last Rodeo reached its epic conclusion at Hard To Kill. Either Mickie James would reclaim the Knockouts World Championship – or she would retire. Overcoming the powerful Jordynne Grace would be no easy task, who was in the midst of an incredible run as Knockouts World Champion. In the end, James would not be denied as she hit the tornado DDT to not only win the Knockouts World Championship, but to keep her legendary career alive.

Winner: Mickie James via Pinfall to become the new Impact Knockouts World Champion.
