Ashley Massaro Rape Allegations at WWE Overseas Military Tour Update – Massaro’s Friend Claims Massaro was Threatened by WWE Executives Over Allegations

As noted before, former WWE wrestler Ashley Massaro gave an affidavit prior to her passing in 2019 as part of a class-action lawsuit against WWE revealing that Massaro claimed that she was raped during an overseas tour WWE held at a military base in Kuwait in 2006 and WWE management covered up this incident. A previouslyunreleased version of this affidavit contained additional allegations made by Massaro against Vince McMahon claiming that he sexually preyed on WWE female talent.

NewsNation held a recent interview with Cara Pipia, lifelong friend of the late Massaro. One of the topics discussed included Pipia claiming that following her alleged sexual assault incident, Massaro had a boardroom meeting with McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and other WWE executives who told her in a threatening manner that “this has to stay under wraps.”

“She walked into the boardroom. She was threatened, there was no compassion, no sympathy. Nothing.”

Pipia also stated that Massaro had spoken with a WWE locker room doctor who was claimed to have been aware of everything before this meeting. Pipia stated that while this doctor was sympathetic, he was unable to do anything about Massaro’s situation.

Pipia also claimed that Massaro had phone calls with WWE officials while still in Kuwait following her alleged sexual assault. Pipia stated that Massaro claimed that both Vince and Stephanie had made her feel comfortable but Pipia claimed that this was not sincere and instead they “played with her” due to Stephanie had lulled her into feeling safe.
