Giulia Reportedly Traveling to United States for WrestleMania 40 Weekend

Tokyo Sports reported that former Stardom talent Giulia is traveling to the United States for this WWE WrestleMania 40 weekend.

It was reported that Giulia was seen at an airport on Wednesday and when asked by a reporter for comments, Giulia claimed to be traveling to the Himalayas and was planning to shave off her eyebrows. Despite her comments, it was reported that Giulia was seen boarding a plane headed to the United States.

It was also reported that there is currently a high possibility that Giulia will be attending WWE’s upcoming WrestleMania 40 event in Philadelphia for the reason for her travel.


Steve McMichael Currently Hospitalized for Undisclosed Medical Issue

As noted before, former WCW wrestler and Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee Steve “Mongo” McMichael was hospitalized this past February due to a MRSA infection at the time. Besides the infection, McMichael has been dealing with other health related issues in recent years including his current battle with ALS since April of 2021.

Jarret Payton announced earlier today on Twitter that McMichael’s family informed him that McMichael was recently hospitalized and is currently undergoing tests for an undisclosed medical issue.


Motor City Machine Guns TNA Contracts Expired & Potential Next Destination

As noted before, The Motor City Machine Guns’ Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin’s contracts with TNA Wrestling were set to expire at the end of this past March.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources confirmed that Shelley and Sabin are currently free agents.

Johnson reported that the general reaction within TNA was one of a realization that Shelley and Sabin are fully gone from the company. Several within TNA reportedly had previously been hopeful that the Guns would still return to work some dates.

In regards to the next potential destination for the MCMG, Johnson reported that several within TNA are currently under the belief that MCMG will be signing a deal with AEW for the next destination for their careers.
