Following the match, Chase U’s Thea Hail, Duke Hudson, & Riley Osborne went into the ring to console Holland and Chase over them losing the titles. As Hudson and Osborne were walking to leave the ring, Holland attacked them from behind sending both out of the ring. This led to Chase confronting Holland over what he just did only to get attacked as well in return. Holland then continued his attack on Chase U on the outside and ended it with putting Chase on the announcer’s table and hit The Redeemer DDT as Hail was pleading with Holland to stop. This led to medics rushing out with a stretcher for Chase.

In a follow-up segment, NXT backstage interviewer Sarah Schreiber attempted to get some words from Holland as he was walking backstage. Schreiber asked Holland why he attacked Chase U only for Holland to give a menacing look in return and left without saying anything.
