Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite drew 633,000 viewers on TBS, up from last week’s 329,000 viewers. This week’s show was notable for Dynamite returning to their normal Wednesday night timeslot following last week’s show being preempted to a Tuesday night timeslot due to TBS’ 2024 MLB Playoffs commitments.
It drew a 0.20 rating in the 18-49 key demographic, up from last week’s 0.10 rating.
In regards to notable competition, the 2024 MLB Playoffs NCLS Game 3 of Los Angeles Dodgers vs. New York Mets drew 5,882,000 viewers on TBS and the 2024 WNBA Finals Game 3 of New York Liberty vs. Minnesota Lynx drew 1,394,000 viewers on ESPN. The Jesse Watters Primetime Kamala Harris interview special drew 4,296,000 viewers on FOX News.
This time last year on October 18, 2023, Dynamite drew 901,000 viewers and a 0.31 18-49 rating. The October 18, 2022 episode drew 752,000 viewers and a 0.26 rating.
