Pro Wrestling Illustrated announced that “Timeless” Toni Storm took their top spot for this year’s PWI Women’s 250 List. This was the first time in Storm’s career that she took the top honor in PWI’s Top Women’s ranked list. This was also the first time ever that an AEW talent topped PWI’s Top Women’s list.
AEW and WWE had the most wrestlers ranked in PWI’s Top 10 at three each, followed by TNA Wrestling, Stardom, CMLL, Marigold, and Ring of Honor at one each.

This year’s rankings covered the time period between October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 and wrestlers were ranked based on a criteria of in-ring achievement, influence on the sport/promotion, technical ability, quality of competition, and activity.
