As noted before, Eddie Kingston has been out of action for AEW and New Japan Pro Wrestling since this past May due to a broken leg, torn ACL, and torn meniscus injuries and underwent surgery this past July.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated Kingston has been “furiously pushing himself” through physical therapy following his surgery to try to get back as soon as possible to the ring.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that while Kingston has been pushing himself to speed up his recover, he had been warned by his doctors that he likely would not be medically cleared for an in-ring return until June of 2025.
Johnson reported that when he reached Kingston for some comments, Kingston responded back stating “Health insurance is a scam.”
