As noted before, Jade Cargill is currently believed to have recently suffered an unknown injury. Cargill was involved in an injury angle on the November 22nd WWE SmackDown show in Salt Lake City, Utah that was believed to be WWE’s way of writing out Cargill for the foreseeable future.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that multiple sources spoken to within WWE stated that the recent reports of Cargill suffering a legitimate injury are not true.
Johnson reported that those spoken to stated that the injury angle for Cargill on last week’s SmackDown show was meant to just be for storyline purposes and nothing more.
In regards to WWE announcing a litany of injuries for Cargill, Johnson reported that those spoken to stated that this was done just to put over the severity of the attack and set the stage for a future storyline for Cargill.
