As noted before, this past Friday’s Final Battle 2024 event for Ring of Honor at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, New York featured Bandido making his surprise return to ROH from a broken wrist injury. Bandido was believed to have suffered a concussion injury during a post-match brawl between The Learning Tree and Matt Cardona on the show.
Bandido confirmed earlier today on Instagram that he had suffered a concussion injury and is currently out of action again for AEW and ROH.
What a weekend! I have nothing left but to thank God for allowing me to wake up another day after everything that happened! The blow was in a delicate area of my head, now we just have to wait until there is no brain inflammation. Thanks to all my people who have been sending me messages asking about my current status!! It has been difficult to deal with myself these days, too much frustration invades my head. The hardest battle of my life is coming, with myself!! The only thing I can tell you is that I will try to return to the ring a thousand and one times!! Whether I achieve it at some point or I just keep trying…! “Neither you, nor me, nor anyone else will hit as hard as life but it doesn’t matter how hard you hit! It matters how hard you resist and keep moving forward, that’s how you win” ROCKY BALBOA
