As noted before, WWE recently announced that their WWE SmackDown show will be expanding into becoming a three-hour weekly show on USA Network starting in January of 2025. WWE’s RAW show is also currently expected to return to its three-hour format when the show officially moves to Netflix.
The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer reported in Monday’s Daily Update that a key source spoken to confirmed that WWE RAW will be moving back into being a weekly three-hour show starting with its premiere show on Netflix on January 6, 2025.
WWE RAW had reverted back to being a two hour show on October 7th as part of WWE’s new temporary media rights deal with USA Network to cover the time period gap in between the expiration of the prior deal this past September and official start of their new deal with Netflix this January.
