Jon Moxley Comments on AEW is “Building Something Sustainable for the Future”
Yahoo Sports’ Uncrowned held a recent interview with Jon Moxley. One of the topics discussed included Moxley’s thoughts about his goal of wanting to eradicate complacency in AEW and AEW is “building something sustainable for the future.”
“We’re building. It’s about a lot more than what happens in the ring. Building something sustainable for the future that we can take pride in, we’ve been doing that for the past few months. It’s about a mindset and an approach of taking pride in what we do. We have a lot of guys and girls that are part of it. I’m pretty proud, but it’s a long game and it’s little tiny victories every day and a constant learning process. It’s really exciting.
Any time you step into the ring, any time you get the camera pointed at you with the light on, any time you do anything, it’s going to be whatever you make it. Everybody’s a good wrestler at AEW. I don’t know if there’s ever been a roster assembled of this many purely great, get-in-the-ring-and-wrestle pro wrestlers. There’s so much more to it though, to put yourself in a position to use those skills and capitalize with them. You can see some guys evolving to the next level beyond just being good wrestlers. It’s very gratifying to see.”
Tony Khan Comments on AEW Simulcast Shows on MAX Being Technical Achievement & Results Have Been Fantastic
A recent episode of the Battleground Podcast featured AEW CEO Tony Khan as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Khan’s thoughts about AEW’s move to simulcasting their shows on MAX.
“It’s been so great, it’s been fantastic. It’s been a technical achievement, and it’s been really fantastic quality. The show looks so great on Max, and the results have been fantastic. The fans love it. We’re still getting a great audience on TBS every week. You can watch the show both ways. We’re on TBS live every Wednesday night and streaming on Max. Then on Saturdays, we do TNT still every Saturday in primetime, and we also have the streaming component on Max. The shows look fantastic. It’s just been really great. It was an undertaking technically, but it’s definitely been worth it.”

Abadon could be a good candidate. Penelope [Ford} could be a good candidate. Anna Jay could be a candidate, you never know. She was in the Dark Order. So yeah, I think if anybody wanted to present themselves in that way, I think it could be really cool.“

I’m ready for whoever.” Bronson also gave his thoughts about if he enjoyed his time backstage in AEW. Bronson stated “I did. Actually, no. I enjoy the act.
