As noted before, Omos announced at this past Saturday’s Sunny Voyage 2025 event for Pro Wrestling NOAH that his time in NOAH is over and he will be returning back to WWE. Omos also relinquished his half of the GHC Tag Team Championship and gave his title belt to fellow Team 2000X member Daga to take over as tag champions with Jack Morris.
Pro Wrestling NOAH announced earlier today that they do not recognize the title swap by Omos and instead have officially vacated the GHC Tag Team Championship.
No other details were given regarding how or when NOAH will be crowning new GHC Tag Team Champions.
Regarding the GHC Tag Team Championship
On January 25th, at the GHC Tag Championship match held at the Edion Arena Osaka 2nd Stadium, the champions Jack Morris and Omos successfully defended their titles.
At that time, Omos handed over the GHC Tag Team Championship belts to Daga, but this transfer of the titles will not be recognized and the titles will once again be vacant.
