WWE’s Former Titan Towers HQ Reportedly Sold for $3.75 Million
WWE has been operating out of their current headquarters building in Stamford, Connecticut following their move out of their iconic Titan Towers headquarters building in March of 2023.
CTInsider reported that WWE’s former headquarters was sold this past December for $3.75 million real estate firm MB Financial Group.
In an interview with the outlet, MB Financial Group CEO and managing partner Michael Massimino stated that his company’s current plans are to convert the property into a new apartment complex.
“The location is superb. It’s on the Stamford-Darien line, and it overlooks Long Island Sound and the Noroton River. The views of Long Island Sound really make this property unique.”

In a recent interview with The Ringer’s The Mask Man Show podcast, Sheamus gave his thought about his upcoming match against Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship and that title that has eluded him the most in his WWE career. Sheamus stated “Have you ever seen the movie ‘Logan’? That’s how I feel. I feel like when Logan fights the younger clone version of him, that’s kind of what it feels like when I’m wrestling Bron Breakker. He’s fast, he’s tough, he’s athletic, a lot more athletic than I’ve ever been, and definitely my type of opponent. I do love being in there with him because I know it’s going to be an absolute all-out war. But for me, the [Intercontinental Title] curse, I’m trying to figure it out. I’ve had different people tell me it was 11 IC Title matches I’ve had where I haven’t won or 12. I know the last one at Survivor Series added one more to it. But yeah, it definitely feels like a curse at this stage, but it’s one I want to break at Saturday Night’s Main Event. I’ll do everything I can to break it, to become WWE’s first-ever Ultimate Grand Slam Champion. I know people have said before that Edge has done it first, but Edge won the WCW United States Championship, I’ve won the WWE United States Championship. So there’s a big difference. There’s where I want to be, man. That’s my goal, it’s been my goal for five years to hold that title, and I keep coming really, really close, whether it’s singles matches with Gunther, Triple Threats with Drew in there, and the Triple Threat at Survivor Series, I’ve come so close every single time. This Saturday feels like it’s the moment to break that curse.” (Transcript h/t: Fightful.com)
In a recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, co-host Matt Hardy gave his thoughts about the likelihood of The Hardys wrestling a match in WWE in 2025. Hardy stated “In the extreme life of Matt Hardy, you know never say never, anything can happen. I will say, I’ll make a bold prediction. I think before it’s all said and done, we will wrestle a match in the WWE before the end of the year.” Hardy also gave his thoughts about how an appearance in WWE could be appealing to The Hardys at this stage of their careers. Hardy stated “What’s important to both Jeff and I is just solidifying our legacy, cementing our legacy as one of the greatest teams to ever do this. We both feel great, we’re both in great health, we’re coming out to the one of the loudest reactions every single night, it’s like we come out, it’s like rock stars. It’s like a rock concert and it’s been great. People are so with this, these signings, they’ve been so massive and crazy. We’ve just been put in a position to succeed and TNA has laid out the perfect blueprint for how to use Matt and Jeff Hardy. Right now, we’re in this — I feel like our story, our compelling story is trying to show that we’re back. That you need to get your tenses right, it’s not that we were great, it’s that we are great. That’s what we’re proving week in and week out. We’re going to get into something before it’s all said and done and sink our teeth into it and there’s going to be some obstacle that we need to overcome, but we are proving week in and week out that we are great, so start speaking the present tense. The Hardys are yesterday, we are today, and we’re going to be tomorrow. Who knows, tomorrow might end up being an NXT debut for The Hardys. Could end up being a WWE return for The Hardys, who knows? Anything is possible, especially with this new partnership.” (Transcript h/t: Fightful.com)
