Rocky Romero Turns Heel on Conglomeration & Joins Callis Family and Trent Beretta Makes Surprise Return
Saturday’s AEW Collision Spring BreakThru show also featured Rocky Romero turning heel on The Conglomeration and joining the Don Callis Family.
Near the end of the Conglomeration’s Romero & Tomohiro Ishii’s tag team match against the Don Callis Family’s Josh Alexander & Konosuke Takeshita, Ishii accidentally hit Romero after some miscommunication. This led to Ishii hitting Alexander with a headbutt and was then tripped up by Romero leading to Alexander hitting several German suplexes to Ishii. This then led to Takeshita & Alexander laying out Ishii for the pinfall victory.

Following the match, Ishii confronted Romero over what he did to cost them the match. As Ishii turned his back, Romero attacked him from behind as a mystery hooded person got into the ring. After some more attacks by Romero, this mystery person removed their hood revealing himself to be Trent Beretta making his surprise return. Don Callis, Takeshita, and Alexander got into the ring and Callis handed Beretta a wrench, which he used as a weapon and struck Ishii in the back of the neck to lay him out. Romero, Beretta, and the rest of the Don Callis Family left as a group.
Trent Beretta is back and has absolutely LOST IT!
