As noted before, Rusev, former Miro in AEW, recently signed an official contract with WWE and made his official return to the company at Monday’s WWE RAW After Mania show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rusev’s wife Lana, real name CJ Perry, is believed to have recently signed a Legends deal with WWE but is not expected to return on-screen to the company.
Deadline reported that their sources stated that Rusev had signed a two-year contract with WWE for his return to the company.
Those spoken to reportedly also confirmed that Lana had recently signed a Legends contract with WWE.
It was reported that both Rusev and Lana’s new contracts with WWE had been negotiated by their agents, Paradigm Talent Agency.
In an interview with the outlet, Lana gave her thoughts about Rusev’s return to WWE.
“Rusev is back to crush the WWE and become World Champion. We have been cooking this up from our Bulgarian kitchen since the day we left, and with the help of Paradigm, we were able to make this a reality! Machka Crush.”
