Rusev, former Miro in AEW, reportedly visited WWE’s headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Rusev was seen at WWE’s HQ all day today.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that Rusev recently signed an official contract with WWE and the reason for his visit was to set the stage for his upcoming return.
Johnson reported that Lana, real name CJ Perry, was not seen with Rusev today during his visit.
Johnson also reported that it is currently not known when Rusev will be making his official on-screen return to WWE.
Rusev previously worked for WWE from September of 2010 to April of 2020. Rusev was released from AEW this past February.
