AEW Announces New Residency Stay for This July in Chicago, IL

AEW announced that they will be holding a new residency stay this July at at the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, Illinois.

It was announced that this upcoming new residency stay will take place from July 16-31 and will be six AEW Dynamite and Collision shows in total.

It was also announced that tickets for these upcoming shows will officially go on sale starting on Monday, May 19th.

In an interview with the Chicago Sun Times, AEW CEO Tony Khan gave his thoughts about AEW holding a residency stay in Chicago.

“It’s a dream come true to be able to do weeks of AEW television at the Aragon Ballroom. I’m so excited for what’s to come. We’ve got great fans, great support and this has been the best year of AEW television from the start of the year up until now. I would never try this in a city where we didn’t have the most support; that’s why Chicago is a perfect place to try this. It’ll be the first residency we’ve done in 2025, and I think it’s going to be something that we can really bring to Chicago.”

• Wednesday, July 16 – AEW Dynamite
• Thursday, July 17 – AEW Collision taping
• Wednesday, July 23 – AEW Dynamite
• Saturday, July 26 – AEW Collision
• Wednesday, July 30 – AEW Dynamite
• Thursday, July 31 – special live AEW Collision show
