As noted before, Josh Mathews, former TNA Senior Producer and Senior Director of Digital Media, was hired by AEW this past April for a backstage job.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that his sources confirmed that Mathews had recently been hired by AEW for a backstage role.
Johnson reported that those spoken to stated that Mathews was recently seen working in AEW’s production trucks, helping facilitate information between AEW’s production team and producers/agents for matches during shows.
Mathews’ wife Madison Rayne has been working as a coach and producer for AEW since August of 2022.
