Blake Monroe Comments on “Being A WWE Superstar Is The Greatest Achievement Of My Life”
WWE NXT talent Blake Monroe recently released a new vlog on her official YouTube channel. One of the topics discussed included Monroe’s thoughts about her recent signing with WWE.
“If you’ve followed my channel and followed me, you’ll know that WWE was a huge goal of mine. Since I was a little kid, all I wanted to do was be a WWE superstar, be a wrestler, that’s why I started training, to be in WWE. To be able to sit here and say at 26 years old that I am a WWE superstar is the greatest achievement of my life.
I came to America and that was amazing. I never really thought I would be in WWE. I don’t know if I felt not good enough or there were different plans for me because wrestling is amazing and there are so many different experiences and things you can do, which is so great. I felt a little dejected at the end of last year and I didn’t know it was an option for me. I started training again. I started training at Flatbacks and training in Atlanta and I feel in love with wrestling again. I felt like I was back in the game and I want to do so much more. I spoke to my manager and people around me and they were like, ‘I believe in you.’
I didn’t think I was going to be in WWE and it still doesn’t really feel real to me. This is maybe, thus far, the greatest achievement of my life, to be a part of WWE.”

Rey Mysterio Torn Groin & Torn Abductor Injury Status Update
As noted before, Rey Mysterio has been out of action for WWE since this past April due to a torn groin injury and torn abductor surgery.
A recent episode of La Platica podcast featured Mysterio as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Mysterio providing an update on his recovery from a torn groin and torn abductor injuries.
“Good, pretty good. Yeah, man. I started my [physical therapy]. Not to mention, I had a busted eardrum as well, so I fixed that during my time off. I’m on the road to recovery. I should be back hopefully by August.”
Mysterio also gave his thoughts about the cause of his injuries did not come from a spot in a match and instead just a routine movement.
“I stepped in the ring, the guy that I was wrestling stood in front of me, he bailed out the ring underneath the bottom rope and I went to chase him. And when I pushed off with my left leg, I just heard a [tear]. Like, ‘That’s it? I tore my groin like that?’ Yeah, usually it happens on the simplest sh*t. But with all the stuff that I do, you would always think that it’s something crazy. No, it’s always the opposite. Always the small stuff.”

Original Plans for Liv Morgan Prior to Dislocated Shoulder Injury
As noted before, Liv Morgan has been out of action for WWE since earlier this month due to a dislocated shoulder injury.
Bodyslam.net’s Cory Hays reported that his sources stated that Morgan’s injury ended up causing several major plans involving her to be changed.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that WWE officials had planned for IYO SKY to defend her WWE Women’s World Championship against Morgan at this Saturday’s Night of Champions 2025 event in Saudi Arabia before Morgan’s injury caused those plans to be dropped.
Hays reported that Morgan was also scheduled to face Nikki Bella at this July’s Evolution 2 event either as a singles match or a tag team match with Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez against The Bella Twins depending on Brie Bella’s return.
Hays also reported that WWE officials had planned a major storyline involving the internal conflict within Judgement Day that would have led to a Mixed Tag Team match between Morgan & Dominik Mysterio vs. Roxanne Perez & Finn Balor.
