Jacob Fatu Splits from Solo Sikoa at WWE Money in the Bank 2025

Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2025 event also featured Jacob Fatu breaking up with Solo Sikoa.

This breakup was initially setup over recent weeks shows over Fatu growing increasingly upset at Sikoa and his antics towards him and Sikoa costing him the chance at qualifying for the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match.

During the Men’s Money in the Bank match, Seth Rollins and Paul Heyman called for Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed to come out to help him, which they did after slow walking out of the entrance. Reed and Breakker proceeded to lay out everyone not named Rollins in the match. This led to The Bloodline’s Fatu and JC Mateo coming out to help out Sikoa. After some brawling, Fatu and Sikoa were the last two standing in the ring. Fatu grabbed a ladder for Sikoa to use and right as Sikoa had his hand on the Men’s Money in the Bank breifcase, Fatu grabbed his foot preventing Sikoa from going up higher to unhook the case. This led to a surprised reaction from Sikoa and Fatu telling Skioa that “I Hate You.” Fatu then proceeded to lay out Sikoa and left the ring.

Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2025 event at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California featured Seth Rollins winning this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.

This match featured Rollins, LA Knight, El Grande Americano, Andrade, Penta, and Solo Sikoa as the competitors.

As a result of his victory, Rollins will get to cash in for any Men’s title he wants in WWE.

This was Rollins’ second Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match victory in his WWE career.

R-Truth Makes Surprise Appearance at WWE Money in the Bank 2025

Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2025 event also featured R-Truth making a surprise appearance.

During the main event tag team match between John Cena & Logan Paul and Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso, Cena struck Rhodes with the WWE title while the referee was busy dealing with tending to Uso and Paul on the outside. This led to a mystery hooded person running out from the crowd and entered the ring. This mystery person then attacked Cena hitting a spear to him and followed it by grabbing the WWE title and struck Cena in the head. This mystery person then took off their hood revealing himself to be R-Truth. R-Truth then left the ring and went through the crowd as Rhodes picked up Cena and hit a Cross Rhodes for the pinfall victory.

This was R-Truth’s first appearance in WWE since this past May’s Saturday Night’s Main Event show and his first appearance since announcing he was released from WWE earlier this month that was later revealed to actually be due to his contract not being renewed.

It is currently not known if R-Truth’s appearance was due to him signing a new deal or just him having some time left on his current contract with WWE.
