Triple H Comments on R-Truth’s Departure Being “All Part of the Show”, R-Truth and His Son Respond Back Saying It Wasn’t a “Work”

As noted before, R-Truth departed from WWE earlier this month due to his contract not being renewed. Saturday’s WWE Money in the Bank 2025 event in Inglewood, California featured R-Truth making a surprise return appearance.

Following the show, WWE held a post-show press conference featuring WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque as one of the speakers. One of the topics discussed included Levesque giving his thoughts about R-Truth’s departure situation and stated that it was “all part of the show.”

“I love the question. Did you enjoy the show?. All part of the show, man.”

Following Triple H’s comments, R-Truth responded on Twitter stating that his departure from WWE and surprise return was not a “work” after many online fans claimed it was.

R-Truth’s son Christopher Killings also responded on Twitter confirming that his father did sign a new contract with WWE for his return and for Triple H to “stop the cap” which is slang for stop lying.
