Zoey Stark Denies Rumors of Her Retiring & Provides ACL, MCL, & Meniscus Injuries Update

As noted before, Zoey Stark has been out of action for WWE since this past May due to ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries and surgery.

Stark provided an update on Monday on Twitter stating that the recent rumors of her retiring from wrestling due to her injuries are not true and a video of her saying that was just an AI video and not real. Stark also stated that she is currently rehabbing her injuries at the UFC Performance Institute.


Kali Armstrong Reportedly Receiving High Praise in WWE

WWE EVOLVE Women’s Champion Kali Armstrong reportedly has been receiving high praise within WWE, according to Fightful Select.

It was reported that their sources stated that Armstrong has impressed WWE officials with her performances on their WWE EVOLVE brand. Several WWE officials currently view Armstrong as a potential “future WrestleMania main eventer” for the company.

Those spoken to reportedly stated that Armstrong recently appearing at a NXT live event in Citrus Springs with the WWE EVOLVE Women’s title in hand was not a one-time cameo and instead she is currently being considered for a full-time call-up to the NXT roster.


Rumor Killer on WWE Holding NXT Show at 2300 Arena This July

As noted before, WWE is currently believed to have scheduled an upcoming WWE NXT show to take place at the 2300 Arena on July 19th and ahead of AEW’s own residency stay at the venue.

PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that those spoken to within 2300 Arena management stated that there is no WWE date currently scheduled at the venue.

Johnson reported that while WWE did hold a WWE NXT show earlier this year and could always book another show down the road, there is currently no date scheduled for a NXT show at the venue this summer.
