AEW reportedly recently signed a five-year deal with TEG Sport to run events in Australia, according to Wrestle Radio Australia.
It was reported that their sources stated that TEG Sport officials were exicited over the deal they got with AEW to continue to run events in Australia over a five-year period.
It was reported that this year is believed to have been the first year of this deal and it currently runs through 2029.
No other details were given regarding the terms of AEW’s new deal with TEG Sport for events in Australia.
TEG Sport is a division of parent company TEG, which “is responsible for helping major global brands break new markets in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States.”
AEW held their debut event in Australia with Grand Slam Australia this past February and is currently scheduled to return to the country for Grand Slam Australia 2026 and a House Rules show in February of 2026.
