As noted before, AJ Styles had posted a cryptic message on Instagram this past Friday teasing his wrestling career is nearing its end. Styles had signed a contract extension with WWE this past July that is currently set to expire in February of 2026.
Styles’ son recently responded to a fan on Instagram who stated that WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque’s current booking of his dad is disrespectful. This fan stated “The way Triple H is disrespecting AJ is legit pissing me off” and Styles’ son responded stating “You ain’t the only man.”

The Takedown on SI’s Jon Alba reported that his sources stated that prior to him re-signing with WWE, Styles had put feelers out about potential options outside of the company. Alba reported that Styles was generating major interest on the convention circuit from promoters and this interest was mutual and at least exploratory.
It is currently not known if Styles had sent any feelers out to wrestling promotions as well for potential interest.
Styles is currently scheduled to compete in a singles match against El Grande Americano at tonight’s WWE RAW show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
