As noted before, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, real name Solofa Fatu Jr., underwent emergency surgery for an undisclosed health issue earlier this month.
Rikishi recently provided an update on Instagram posting a photo of him alongside several members of his family and stated that he was grateful to be alive following his surgery.
