WWE ID and WWE EVOLVE talent Zayda Steel announced earlier today on Twitter that she has departed from WWE.
Steel stated that she decided to not renew her WWE ID contract for the reason for her departure.
“I’ve decided not to renew my WWE ID contract. I’m incredibly grateful for all the knowledge, experience, and opportunities I’ve gained along the way, but at the end of the day, I have to do what’s best for me. I’m only 21, and have already done so much, but I’m just getting started! Thank you ❤️”

Prior to her announcement, Steel had been signed with WWE since November of 2024. Steel had primarily worked for WWE’s EVOLVE brand as a member of The Varsity Project stable.
