As noted before, TNA Wrestling’s parent company Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions, LLC, a subsidiary of Anthem Sports & Entertainment, filed a preemptive lawsuit against TNA Hall of Famer Gail Kim this past January in response to Kim informing the company of her intent to potentially file a lawsuit against them. Kim claimed that Anthem was in violations of the Florida Private Whistleblower Act in regards to her issues over her firing from TNA in March of 2025.
PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that Kim was officially served with the lawsuit on January 12th based on recent court records.
Johnson reported that Kim will have 30 days to officially respond to the lawsuit unless she requests and is granted an extension by the court.
