Sean Legacy Not Medically Cleared & Elio LeFleur Replaces Him in NXT Tag Titles #1 Contender Tournament

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the 713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas featured Sean Legacy revealing that he is not medically cleared to compete and Elio LeFleur replacing him in the NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender’s tournament.

During the show, Interim NXT GM Robert Stone was seen talking to WWE Speed Men’s Champion LeFleur. Legacy and Eli Knight showed up with Legacy sporting crutches and told Stone that he has talked to medical and he is unable to compete in the NXT Tag titles contender tournament due to the injuries he sustained last week.

Stone told Knight that he will have to forfeit or find a new partner. LeFleur responded stating that he will be Knight’s new tag team partner until Legacy is healthy again. Stone agreed and stated that Knight and LeFleur will be facing off against The Culling next week in the tournament.


Wren Sinclair Wins WWE Speed Women’s Title

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show also featured Wren Sinclair defeating Fallon Henley to become the new WWE Speed Women’s Champion.

This was Sinclair’s first ever WWE Speed Women’s Championship victory and her first championship victory in her WWE NXT career.


Birthright Advances in NXT Tag Titles #1 Contender Tournament

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show also featured the start of the NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender tournament and one First Round match.

This match was Birthright (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Uriah Connors) defeating Hank & Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger).

As a result of their victory, Birthright advances to the next round of WWE’s NXT Tag Team Championship #1 Contender tournament.


NXT North American Title Match & More Set for NXT Stand & Deliver 2026

Tuesday’s NXT show also featured one new match announced for the card of NXT Stand & Deliver 2026, which takes place on April 4th at The Factory in Chesterfield, Missouri.

This new match announced was a NXT North American Championship match of Winner of #1 Contender Gauntlet Eliminator vs. Myles Borne (c).

This new match was setup following a backstage promo segment involving Interim NXT GM Robert Stone, Borne, and Lexis King & Birthright.

It was also announced that rapper Sexxy Red will be making a return appearance to NXT at the event.
