Lumberjack Stip Set for Tiger Mask vs. DOUKI for IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title at NJPW Wrestling Hizen no Kuni 2026

New Japan Pro Wrestling recently announced one newly updated match for the card of Wrestling Hizen no Kuni 2026, which takes place on April 29th at the Saga Arena in Saga, Japan

This newly updated match was an IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship Lumberjack match of Tiger Mask vs. DOUKI (c).

This newly updated match was setup following Tiger Mask issuing a challenge to DOUKI at Saturday’s Wrestling Redzone 2026 event. Following their Eight-Man tag team match, DOUKI ripped off Tiger Mask’s mask leading to Hontai members rushing to cover Tiger Mask’s face. Tiger Mask grabbed a microphone and issued a challenge for their title match at Wrestling Hizen no Kuni to be held under Lumberjack rules.
