Tony D’Angelo Receives Mystery Package
Tuesday’s WWE NXT Revenge Week 2 show also featured NXT Champion Tony D’Angelo receiving a mysterious package.
During the show, NXT GM Robert Stone was seen walking backstage as NXT interviewer Sarah Schreiber attempted to get an update about Shiloh Hill’s status after Ricky Saints’ attack on him backstage. Stone responded that he was going to the NXT medical room to find out more about Hill’s medical situation.
Stone then saw D’Angelo standing alone and went up to him. Before Stone could say anything, a staff member handed D’Angelo a package with Japanese kanji written on the top of the box. Stone told D’Angelo that he will figure out who will be the next challenger for his title.
This led to Keanu Carver showing up and told D’Angelo that the kanji on the box is the symbol for “war” and there are sharks all over.
