Chris Jericho Comments on His “Tommy’s Mommy” Line to Tommaso Ciampa on 6/10 AEW Dynamite Show

This past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite Summer Blockbuster 2026 show in Cincinnati, Ohio featured an opening promo segment involving Tommaso Ciampa and Chris Jericho. This segment was notable for Jericho insulting Ciampa calling him “Tommy” and Ciampa responding back saying that he’s the Psycho Killer and not even his own mother calls him “Tommy.” Jerchio responded back insulting Ciampa calling him “Tommy’s Mommy” and managed to get the crowd to chant it at Ciampa.

A recent episode of the Busted Open Radio podcast featured Jericho as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Jericho’s thoughts about his “Tommy Mommy” line directed at Ciampa at this past Wednesday’s AEW show.

“Well, you know, you always try different things to have some fun and sometimes you do a little bit more laughing stuff and sometimes you do a little bit more serious stuff but, it all ends up being good so, the live crowd enjoyed the Tommy’s Mommy. So, we had a good time. It was a great show, and a great crowd in Cincinnati for sure.”
