AEW commentator Jim Ross announced earlier today on Twitter that he has been hospitalized in Oklahoma for the over past three weeks for an undisclosed medical issue.

Ross had revealed in an episode of his Grilling JR podcast that he had suffered a fall the day before AEW’s Double or Nothing 2026 event this past May and had been dealing with some back issues following his flight for AEW’s show. Ross had also revealed in a separate episode of his podcast this past May that he has undergone some testing for potential dementia or Alzheimer’s issues.
