Cody Rhodes & CM Punk and Gunther Promo Segments and Chelsea Green vs. Kiana James in Intermin WWE Women’s Title Ladder Qualifier Match Set for 7/24 WWE SmackDown

WWE announced one new match and two new segments for the card of tonight WWE SmackDown show at the Oakland Arena in Oakland, California.

In regards to the new match, this was announced to be an Interim WWE Women’s Championship Ladder Qualifier match of Chelsea Green vs. Kiana James.

In regards to the new segments, the first new segment announced was a promo segment featuring Gunther discussing his upcoming match against Nick Aldis at SummerSlam 2026.

The second new segment announced was a promo segment involving Undisputed WWE Champion CM Punk and Cody Rhodes to discuss their altercation after last week’s WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event show.
