Mike Santana Reflects on His NXT Appearance & Arrival To NXT Brand at 7/22 WWE NXT Show

As noted before, Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida featured former TNA talent Mike Santana making a surprise return appearance to NXT and his official arrival to the NXT brand.

Following the show, Santana reflected on Twitter about his arrival to NXT and posted a video clip of his appearance on the show.

Alexa Bliss Provides Update on Arm Injury

The July 10th episode of WWE SmackDown in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma featured Alexa Bliss suffering an “arm injury” following her match against Jade Cargill after Cargill stomped on her arm that was wrapped in a chair.

A recent episode of ESPN’s Vibe Check show featured Bliss as the guest. One of the topics discussed included Bliss providing an update on her recovery from her arm injury.

“Jade got me. She bent my elbow backward with a chair, which is fine because I have bendy elbows, but it went a little too far and when she slammed the chair, I think there is a bone chip and this ligament is a little overstretched.

It’s sore, but it’s more of an inconvenience with how bulky [the brace] is. It’s keeping things in place, it’s healing fast, and I’m hoping it’s just a couple of weeks and we’re good.”

It is currently not known when Bliss will be returning to the ring nor if her injury was just for storyline purposes or to cover for a different legitimate injury.

Updated List of Talents Invited To WWE Tryouts During SummerSlam 2026 Weekend

WWE is currently scheduled to be holding new talent tryouts during this August’s SummerSlam 2026 weekend in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Several more talents and athletes recently confirmed that they have been invited and attending the tryouts. This new batch of invitees includes Reality of Wrestling and indies talent Monica Monroe and Pro Wrestling REVOLVER and indies talent Ryan Matthias.
