Adam Copeland Reflects on Getting To Compete at Arena Mexico For First Time in His Wrestling Career

Adam Copeland is currently scheduled to compete in an Eight-Man Tag Team match with Christian Cage and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) against the Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, PAC & Daniel Garcia) at tonight’s AEW Dynamite Grand Slam Mexico 2026 show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. Copeland recently revealed on Instagram that wrestling at the Arena Mexico is one of the dream venues and matches he still has left for his wrestling career.

Copeland reflected earlier today on Instagram about him getting to compete at the Arena Mexico for the first time in his wrestling career and him returning to Mexico for a match for the first time since 2008.

“Tonight I get to perform for the first time in The Wrestling Cathedral. Arena Mexico. The last time I had a match in Mexico was 2008. Mexico we got some catching up to do! I love Lucha Libre. Everything about it. The masks, the mystique, the pageantry. Can’t wait to get out there. See ya soon Mexico, bring your voices.”
